I'm financially strapped, can you make an exception for me to pay no dues or less dues?

At Mystic everyone pays dues including the camp leadership, camp council, all the build crew, performers, speakers, etc.   Part of having the privilege of camping on our plot is contributing your dues so we can make it all happen.

We do offer a very very limited number of scholarships (read below). But if you don’t apply or get approved for a scholarship we need you to pony up the minimum registration dues ($495) so that all of camp’s offerings can be financed.

We do offer a few scholarships each year for $50 based on need. Scholarships do not include or cover meal plan or power. If you want to be considered for a scholarship, write to us at [e-mail] and put the subject line “Seeking Mystic scholarship 2023”.

In the email, please answer these 2 questions:

1. Why would you like a scholarship?
2. How might you give back to Camp Mystic as a thank you for this support?
