I keep getting reminders to sign up for a shift but I already have, can you update my record or tell me what's wrong?

First thing to do is make sure you are signed up for shifts for all the teams that require it.  You can check on this by logging in to the campmystic.org website and clicking on your username in the corner to go to your MEMBER PROFILE.

There you’ll see A list of the teams you are on under My Team Memberships.  If there is a specific team that you are supposed to signup for a shift for, then it will be listed there with a note to go ahead and signup for a shift for that team.

If you had intended to leave the team but only removed your shift, then you will likely keep getting our reminders to sign up for your shift as each person on the team must sign up for at least 1 shift on that team.  If you’d like to remove yourself from the team, go ahead and click on the Team link and once you are on your team page there will be a Team Members section and a button that will allow you to LEAVE THIS TEAM. Click that button and you will no longer be a member of that team and will no longer receive reminders about choosing your shift.

If none of the teams you are actually on show that you are missing shifts then it is our mistake and we’ll look into our records and get them up to date so you won’t be getting a reminder from us.  We’ll get you up to date soon.
